Sunil Sheoran

I am Sunil Sheoran, founder of Metahuman.
When I entered the fitness industry, I saw hard work everywhere but very little structured thinking. Programs were repetitive. Methods were outdated. Results were inconsistent. Athletes were training more, but improving less. That gap made me question everything.

I started studying performance deeply — biomechanics, recovery, adaptation, contest prep structure. Applied those systems and they started producing elite-level results. That’s how Metahuman was created.

Today, we operate on structure, data and a higher benchmark of coaching.
